Transition from Aspiration to Beneficial State Bank Portal
Beneficial State Bank is the bank partner that issued your Aspiration Zero card. We will be servicing all Aspiration Zero credit card accounts going forward. As of July 31, 2023, you can no longer access your Zero account using the Aspiration online portal or mobile app. Instead, you need to use the Beneficial State Bank portal.
We have provided FAQs to help you navigate the transition from Aspiration to Beneficial State Bank for your account management.

How do I create an online account with Beneficial State Bank?
- From the Beneficial State Bank website, in the top right, click Log In, and select Credit Card.
- Select Enroll Now and enter your Aspiration credit card number and expiration date on the next screen.
- Follow the steps in the Beneficial State Bank portal to complete enrollment.
*Note: You need your account number and expiration date to enroll. If you don’t know your account number and expiration date, call Beneficial State Bank at 503-445-8705, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time.
- From the Beneficial State Bank website, in the top right, click Log In, and select Credit Card.

How can I make a payment over the phone?
Call 833-498-2466, available 24/7, and follow the prompts.

How can I make a payment over the phone if I don’t know my account number?
- Call 833-498-2466, available 24/7.
- When prompted to enter your account number, state that you do not know your account number.
- You will be asked if you want to report your card lost or stolen. Say “no.” You will be transferred to a live representative.

How can I make a payment by mail?
You can make your Aspiration Zero payments via check/money order or bill pay. Mail to:

How can I set up auto-pay for recurring payments through Beneficial State Bank?
Beneficial State Bank offers the ability to schedule recurring payments so that you can avoid late fees.
- Log into your account via the Beneficial State Bank credit card portal.
- In the top navigation, select Account Services, then Manage Payment Accounts to connect the bank you want to pay from.
- Select Add a Payment Account and enter your bank information, including account and routing number.
- To set up recurring payments, select Payments, then Manage Recurring Payments.
- Here, you’ll be able to select the account, the auto-payment amount, payment frequency and start date.

How can I set up payment reminders in the Beneficial State Bank web portal?
Once you have enrolled in the Beneficial State Bank web portal, you can set up email reminders about upcoming payment deadlines, recent transactions, credit limit reached or exceeded, and more. To set up a payment reminder email:
- Log into your account via the Beneficial State Bank credit card portal.
- In the top navigation, select Account Services, then Create New Alert.
- Click Add New Alert. Select Payment is due in X days from the drop-down, enter in how many days in advance you would like to receive reminders, and select the email address that you want to use. Then click Save Alert.
- From your Alerts page, you can add additional alerts or toggle on and off your alerts.

I had payments scheduled with Aspiration. Will those continue to process as scheduled?
Any payment scheduled via the Aspiration portal after July 31, 2023 will not be processed. If you have a payment scheduled after that date, you must make arrangements to avoid incurring any late fees.

Will I continue to receive my statements via email, as I have in the past?
After July 31, 2023, you will automatically be enrolled in paper statements. To switch back to paperless statements, you need to take the following steps:
- Log into your account via the Beneficial State Bank credit card portal.
- Select Account Services.
- Click Statement Preferences.
- Choose Electronic instead of Mail, then click Confirm.

What if I already have a Beneficial State Bank credit card login for a different credit card?
Follow the same steps to enroll your Zero card through the Beneficial State Bank website. You will need to create a different username for your Aspiration Zero card login.
