Roslyn Dickerson

Roslyn is a founder of BroadLens LLC, providing corporate advice on social responsibility strategy. With a long, successful tenure as a senior executive for leading financial services and hospitality companies, developing leadership talent and driving cultural change have been the cornerstones of her work.
Prior to establishing BroadLens, Roslyn was a Partner at Driscoll Johnson Consulting and CarterBaldwin Executive Search, where she combined her corporate and executive search experiences to provide consulting expertise to organizations engaged in leadership transformation. Roslyn’s search practices encompassed financial services, manufacturing, and consumer facing service lines where she specialized in C-level searches. She also led the firms’ strategic diversity practice and HR practice areas.
Roslyn’s executive search career was precipitated by several decades as a corporate leader. She held executive and operating committee level roles for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Honeywell, Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, and JP Morgan. Over her career, Roslyn has had responsibility for an array of corporate functions including Corporate Social Responsibility, Chief Diversity Officer, Government Affairs, Community Partnerships, and Global Recruiting & Talent Acquisition.
Roslyn earned her BA from Boston University and an MBA from Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University. She has been Chairperson and Board Member for several nonprofit organizations including The WEB Dubois Society, The March of Dimes, and Black Women’s Health Imperative. She is a frequent panelist and speaker on corporate social responsibility, diversity, and corporate culture.
Roslyn currently resides in Atlanta, GA, and is a passionate and perpetual gardener.
