Angie Podolak

Angie Podolak is Beneficial State Bank’s Executive Vice President, Human Capital Director. In this capacity, she oversees all things people-oriented. Angie is passionate about creating work environments where employees are engaged and empowered to do their best work every day. She believes deeply in being available to team members and when she says, “Feel free to reach out,” she means it.

Angie has over 15 years of experience working in Human Capital, with deep expertise crafting and managing diversity, inclusion, and belonging programs. She also has experience designing compensation strategy, leading talent acquisition, conducting performance management, and implementing scalable HR and payroll processes. Angie loves her role because she is able to work to create a positive culture that values continuous learning and compassionate accountability.

When she’s not working to make Beneficial State Bank a more empowering and inclusive workplace, Angie loves live music, reading, and food (growing it, cooking it, sharing it, and exploring for it).
