A Better Banking Experience is on the Horizon

We’re working hard behind the scenes to bring you the best banking experience possible. Later this year, we will launch some significant upgrades to our technology and systems. This includes a brand new online and mobile banking platform – with new features and options that you’ve been waiting for.

What’s on the Horizon

  • A new digital banking experience and a single place to log in for all your accounts, including credit cards and auto loans.
  • Notable changes for business online banking clients, including more autonomy and features to accomplish tasks yourself, multiple security level access, and other tools to enhance your operations and cash flow.
  • New credit and debit cards, plus significant upgrades to our mobile app that offer convenience and the ability to manage your cards on your mobile devices.
  • And much more!

How to Prepare for the Changes

Take a moment to make sure you have the most up-to-date email address, mailing/physical addresses, and phone number with us.

  • Verify your contact information via online banking or by contacting us directly.
  • Personal customers: To review and make updates in online banking, go to: Profile->Settings/Contact Info->Bank Contact Info.
  • Business customers: Log in to online banking, go to Messages->Create a New Message. Then send us a secure message with your updated email address and phone number.

  • What are the technology and system upgrades?

    We are converting to a best-in-class banking system and a state-of-the art online and mobile banking technology. We’ve partnered with several technology leaders in the industry to provide you with a wealth of banking features and functionality that go beyond our current capabilities.

    You will notice improvements and efficiency when completing various transactions with us. Your online and mobile banking experience will improve, including new features and a streamlined login experience for all your accounts.

  • What do I need to do to prepare?

    Make sure we have your updated email address, phone number, and mailing address on file. We will communicate more information to you as we near the transition date. See instructions for how to update your contact information.

  • Will branch hours change?

    No. Branch hours and locations will remain the same.

  • Will my account number or bank routing number change?

    No. Your account number will not change, and the routing number will remain 121182056.

  • Will I need to re-enroll in online banking?

    Yes. We will share more information and instructions as we get closer to the transition date.

  • Will I be issued a new debit and ATM card?

    Yes, but this is not part of the first stage of the transformation. We will share more information on timing and impact in the coming months.

  • Will I be issued a new credit card?

    Yes. We will share more information on timing and impact in the coming months.

  • Will my credit card rewards transfer to my new card?

  • Will I still be able to use my current checks?

    Yes. You may continue using your current checks.

  • Will my direct deposit still work as normal?

    Yes. Because your account number and routing number will not change, there will be no impact to existing direct deposits you have set up.
