Paul earned his B.S. in Applied Mathematics from California State University-Los Angeles. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds certifications in ITIL and PRINCE2. Throughout his career, he has been recognized multiple times for his exceptional contributions and operational excellence within the organizations he has served. Outside of his professional role, Paul is active in his local church community.

A native of the Los Angeles area, Paul moved to Santa Cruz four years ago, trading freeway traffic for the quiet of the Santa Cruz Mountains. He lives among the redwoods and enjoys his time away from the office hiking and exploring the region’s many state parks.
